Athlete Meeting Information

FRIDAY

Athlete Check-ins 4pm-6pm

• Show proof of your NPC Card (screenshot on your phone)

• Get height (& weight if applicable) measured

• Confirm, Change, and/or Add classes

• Get your competitor button with your number

• Confirm or turn in music on a USB drive (if applicable)

• Purchase Stage Photo and Video packages

• Get your official competitor shirt

• Get your goodie bags filled with goodies from our sponsors!

The whole process should not take longer than 10-15 minutes if there is not a line. However, allow extra time to get through Nashville rush hour traffic, parking, getting into the expo hall, and getting back to the stage.
